Borough Market

Borough Market is renowned as one of London's biggest, food-filled markets. Running on Thursday, Friday and Saturday every week, visitors have their pick of some of the country's best producers. Chocolate brownies, chorizo burgers, fruit, veg, meat and seafood are all there for the eating, not to mention breads, olive oils, wines, ciders and damson gin. A little pricey yes, so not a budget for your weekly shop, but delicious food is aplenty if your stomach has a gap that needs filling.
