HyperJapan Sushi Awards 2012

The Eat-Japan Sushi and Saki Awards are a must for Japanese-food lovers.

This year's UK Sushi Roll Championship is the place to go to sample five unique sushi creations from some of the country's best sushi chefs, while the top Saki brewery taste-off is new this year.
