Singaporean Inspiration at Pollen Street Social

Three of the UK's top chefs, Jason Atherton (Pollen Street Social), Claude Bosi (Hibiscus) and Sat Bains (Sat Bains), will be sharing the cuisine and culture of Singapore, as they present guests at Pollen Street Social's Mayfair venue with dishes inspired by their recent tour of the sophisticated South East Asian city.

The tour, sponsored by the Singapore Tourism Board and part of the Chef Exchange Programme, enabled the three Michelin-starred chefs to expand their repertoire of creative ideas, and they are delighted to be able to share their tasty discoveries at this one-off event.

Bookings for this special evening are limited, and parties are restricted to 8 people. The tasting menu costs £85 per person, with optional wine pairing costed separately.
