Leeds Loves Food

This year’s Leeds Loves Food festival will take place across the city of Leeds during the first weekend of July 2010. To whet eager appetites, foodies are invited to experience sample-sized treats and tasters in the city on Saturday 8th May. Exclusive announcements will be made on the day revealing a full four-day calendar of activities, events and delicious menus for the festival.  

2009’s festival featured everyone’s favourite Yorkshire-man James Martin, a Harvey Nichols foodmarket suppliers’ market hosted by Fourth Floor Café executive chef Richard Walton-Allen, as well as a one day ‘pop up’ restaurant on Briggate with meals prepared and cooked by culinary students of Leeds City College.
