Melito launches offering up sliced pizza

Melito has launched on Great Castle Street, London offering hungry Londoners the chance to sink their teeth into their delectable slices of Italian-style pizza. If you love your pizza, a lunchtime slice or two is a great way to get your fix. Melito's slices make lunch a quick and tasty option, without you having to sit down and wait for a whole thin crust to arrive at your table.

You can eat in if you want with plenty of smoothies and juices on offer to wash things down with, but the waitresses at Melito will happily box you up some takeaway slices if you're in a hurry. Pizza lovers can choose from a traditional Margherita, Quattro Formaggi (which includes the bold and delicious likes of Gorgonzola), Red Onion & Rosemary, and Fennel & Parma Ham. There's also Melito's Salami Piccante and Artichoke & Pancetta to get your mouth watering. Besides pizza slices, there are a varied clutch of salads to virtuously eat your way through too. Chicken Caesar Salad and Chargrilled Broccoli, Goat's Cheese & Pine Nut Salad are just two of Melito's leafier options. If it's indulgence you're seeking, you can round things off with Jude's traditional-style ice cream or a pot of White & Dark Chocolate Mousse with Black Cherries.

If you need your coffee fix, it's worth knowing that Melito is currently giving coffee addicts their 5th cup free of charge. This pizza place is open from 7.30am - 9pm, making a quick evening bite very doable. Melito has a license too, so a catch up with friends over a slice of Piccante and a glass of wine, makes gossip and girl talk taste all the better.
