Legendary restaurant reopens in the heart of London’s Knightsbridge
The infamous Pétrus is set to reopen at a new location on Kinnerton Street in Knightsbridge.
A modern European menu developed by Executive Chef Mark Askew and Head Chef Sean Burbridge will include dishes such as roasted langoustine tails with watercress soup and confit potato, whole baked John Dory with mushrooms, lardons and Bordelaise sauce and roasted beef fillet with braised shin, baked celeriac and Barolo sauce.
The restaurant displays a stunning open cellar in the centre of dining room bringing to view over 1500 bottles of wine, amongst which are over thirty Pétrus vintages.
The most coveted table in the restaurant is the Chef’s Table which allows up to six guests to witness the drama of service and theatre of the kitchen.
