Real Food Festival

Real Food Festival

London’s Real Food Festival will be held from the 7th - 10th of May 2010. The event (now in its third year), promotes sustainable and ethically food production in the UK. Unlike other food events in the capital, the Real Food Festival enables smaller producers to showcase their fare, by providing by providing subsidised stands. Rosie Boycott, journalist and Chair of the London Food Board said: "The Real Food Festival is a fantastic celebration of the wonderful variety of food that British producers have to offer, and a brilliant way to talk to and buy from them.”

This year there will be over 400 producers represented as well as chef and livestock demonstrations, debates around the central issues affecting food today and an education area for children.
