Balsamico

Imaginative Cuisine have come up with these handy little bottles of balsamic glazes which you can use to jazz up many a dish. The savoury range, which includes original, chilli, and garlic, can be drizzled over salads, meat and fish to give a dish that final flourish.

The sweet range meanwhile (including fig, cherry and vanilla) is great for adorning salads, ice cream and poached fruit. The cherry glaze also lends itself well to lamb and other slow roasted joints of meat to add sweetness in flavour.

Each bottle is conveniently squeezable, so next time you’re running around the kitchen in a chaotic frenzy – just reach for one of these bottles and make life taste that little bit easier.
