La Maison du Chocolat: Andalousie collection

This little box of stylish chocs offers a taste of La Maison du Chocolat’s summer collection. Director of Creations, Gilles Marchal has taken inspiration from his travels through Spain, with hints of orange and spice permeating his latest range, due to launch on the 14th May 2009.

Whether you opt for the dainty box of 10, or stretch that bit further to a box of 30 chocolates, you’ll be able to experience the flavours of nougat, Spanish orange, mint, lemon & lime and raspberry spice. La Maison du Chocolat are known for their ganaches, and this range delicately confirms that they know a thing or two about perfecting the creamy fillings inside their chocolate casings. The praline will definitely please milk chocolate lovers, and we particularly liked the exotic hit of saffron spice in the dark ganache, wrapped up with hints of raspberry. A very luscious mouthful.
