Winter still had its grip on London when we stepped into The Cinnamon Club. How lovely then, to be greeted with a warm welcome in the shape of smiling staff and two elegant cinnamon bellinis.
This cocktail from Cîroc is a cinch to make, and luxuriously sophisticated on the tongue.
50 mls Cîroc vodka
5 mls Gomme (sugar syrup)
8 fresh red or white grapes
Muddle the grapes, add the Gomme and Cîroc, shake and double strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a red grape.
