Winter still had its grip on London when we stepped into The Cinnamon Club. How lovely then, to be greeted with a warm welcome in the shape of smiling staff and two elegant cinnamon bellinis.
1 x shot of Vodka
1 x shot of Creme de cacoa*
1 x shot of Baileys
* Creme de cacoa is a chocolate liqueur that comes in both dark and white(clear). White will usually make a drink look better, and like food, the first sip is with the eye.
Shake all the ingredients together and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a malteaser and sip.
