50ml of Woodford Reserve Bourbon
3 wedges of lemon
1 x wine glass of chopped greengages
10ml of sugar syrup or castor sugar
A splash of real lemonade
Place everything except the lemonade into a tall, strong glass. Muddle it all together, add cubed ice and stir well. Now top up the glass with real lemonade and stir again. You can add more sugar to taste if desired. Lovely.
