Nut loaf

Ingredients: 

12oz plain flour
8oz caster sugar
4oz sultanas
4oz walnuts
4½ tspn baking powder
½ tspn salt
1 tablespoon cinamon
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 medium-sized egg
½ pint milk

Instructions: 

Mix all the ingredients together and place into a large, greased loaf tin. Bake in the oven for 90 minutes at 180 C.
