Ingredients

The signature “Pink Pearl” Champagne cocktail at the Pearl Bar, London, is a bubbly mix of Champagne, Remy Martin V.S.O.P, Elderflower Cordial and Redcurrants. It's a classic cocktail with a sweet and citrus twist, which creates a fantastic balance.

15 ml Remy Martin VSOP
5 ml spiced berry cordial
5 ML elderflower cordial
1 brown sugar cube
Rose champagne to top glass up
Skin of an orange

Instructions

To prepare this cocktail, scratch the sugar cube on the skin of an orange and put into a glass. Pour the Cognac, and the two cordials into the glass and top up with the Champagne. Garnish with redcurrants and serve.
