12 x rashers of lean Wiltshire Cure back bacon
1 x 500g packet puff pastry
1 x jar of roasted peppers
150g x goats cheese
Black pepper for seasoning


Instructions

Pre-heat the oven to Gas Mark 7, 220°C, 425°F. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface (or use ready rolled pastry), and cut into 12 squares. Top each square of pastry with a slice of roasted pepper, a slice of goats cheese, and 1-2 rashers of lean Wiltshire Cure back bacon, cut in half. Season with black pepper and place the 12 tarts onto baking sheets and cook in a preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes until golden. Serve as a starter or as a snack with rocket leaves.
