Ingredients: 

City Kitty was created by Prism, in partnership with Snow Leopard Vodka. By giving 15% of its profits to snow leopard conservation charities, Snow Leopard Vodka has frequently been described by leading publications as the world’s first ethical vodka.

60ml Snow Leopard Vodka
10ml Elder flower cordial
30ml Apple juice
30g Fresh fennel
Half a Granny Smith apple

Instructions: 

Muddle the apple and fennel, then add the remaining ingredients. Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of apple.
