50ml Aged Golden Authentic Caribbean Rum
20ml Orange Curacao
20ml lime juice
20ml syrup d’orgeat (almond flavoured syrup)
10ml gomme (sugar syrup)
Shake the ingredients together and strain over cracked ice into a glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
