Winter still had its grip on London when we stepped into The Cinnamon Club. How lovely then, to be greeted with a warm welcome in the shape of smiling staff and two elegant cinnamon bellinis.
This warming porridge recipe from Oatly will have your belly thanking you, especially throughout the winter months.
50g jumbo porridge oats
250ml Oatly Enriched or Organic (an oat-based drink)
Honey to sweeten
Fruit to serve, such as blueberries, strawberries or dried fruit
Put the oats and Oatly into a small saucepan. Heat the contents of the pan and when the mixture starts to simmer, lower the heat and stir for 2-3 minutes with a wooden spoon. If you prefer a sloppier porridge, add a little more Oatly. Pour into a bowl, add the fruit, drizzle over the honey and warm up your stomach!
