Serves

1 - 4 people (depending on which version you make)

Preparation Time

Ingredients

This is a refreshing alternative to the classic Pimm's & lemonade. The orange slices and ripped basil give it a really distinctive flavour. Sip leisurely, preferably where the sun is playing ball!

50ml Pimm’s No.1
Pomegreat juice for topping up
Slice of orange
Basil leaves, ripped up

Instructions

If you're making individual glasses of PimPom, simply pour 50ml of Pimm's No.1 into a glass with ice, and top up with Pomegreat juice. Garnish with a slice of orange and some ripped basil and enjoy.

If you need to make up a bigger batch, pitcher style, then add 200ml of Pimm's No.1 to a pitcher with ice, top up with the Pomegreat juice and add slices of orange and ripped basil leaves for the ultimate summer finish.
