Pomegreat breakfast smoothie

No cooking involved!
Serves: 
1 person
Ingredients: 

250ml Pomegreat pomegranate juice drink
1tbsp sunflower seeds
1 handful crushed ice
1 banana, mashed
100g blueberries
30g cup oats

Instructions: 

Place all the ingredients in blender and whiz until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
