250ml Pomegreat pomegranate juice drink
1tbsp sunflower seeds
1 handful crushed ice
1 banana, mashed
100g blueberries
30g cup oats
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in blender and whiz until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
