The Snow Kitten cocktail was created at the Light Bar at St Martin's Lane Hotel, in partnership with Snow Leopard Vodka. By giving 15% of its profits to snow leopard conservation charities, Snow Leopard Vodka has frequently been described by leading publications as the world’s first ethical vodka.
60ml Snow Leopard Vodka
12 Blueberries
2.5 bar spoons of damson conserve
2 bar spoons of honey
5ml of lemon juice
Instructions
Muddle the blueberries, then add the rest of the ingredients and stir together. Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass.
