The Tom Cat cocktail was created by Hush in partnership with Snow Leopard Vodka. By giving 15% of its profits to snow leopard conservation charities, Snow Leopard Vodka has frequently been described by leading publications as the world’s first ethical vodka.
40ml Snow Leopard Vodka
10ml Cinnamon Liqueur
2 Pineapple wedges
1 Watermelon wedge
Ginger beer
Instructions
Muddle the pineapple and watermelon, then add the Snow Leopard vodka and the liqueur. Shake with ice and strain. Add the ginger beer and serve in a high ball glass.
