When you’ve got a sweet craving and need an instant pick me up, reach for this sumptuous and creamy hot chocolate froth created by Canderel.
25g plain chocolate
400ml skimmed milk
2 - 3 tsp granular Canderel
½ tsp coffee granules
Put the chocolate into a glass jug and melt in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Then bring the milk to the boil, pour onto the chocolate and add the Canderel. Whisk this together with a stick blender for 15 seconds before pouring into mugs and sprinkling with coffee granules.
