A smashing tequila cocktail with a delicious mandarin citrus twist.
50ml Patron reposado
1 mandarin
Thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger
Agave syrup
25ml Pama pomegranate liqueur
In the bottom of a mixing glass muddle ginger, agave and mandarin segments with 2 teaspoons of fine sugar. Shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass half filled with crushed ice. Drizzle liqueur around the edge of the glass. Add more ice. Sprinkle pomeganate seeds and mandarin zest on top to garnish.
