Winter still had its grip on London when we stepped into The Cinnamon Club. How lovely then, to be greeted with a warm welcome in the shape of smiling staff and two elegant cinnamon bellinis.
Wow your guests with a beautiful glass of this unusual rose-scented punch, decorated with jewel-like pomegranate seeds and raspberries.
2 punnets of raspberries
1 bottle of Rimon Dry Pomegranate Wine
1 bottle of Prosecco
50ml of rose water
Zest of 1 orange and 1 lemon
Fill a large punch bowl with ice and 2 punnets of raspberries. Pour over 1 bottle of Rimon Dry Pomegranate Wine, 1 bottle of Prosecco and 50ml of rose water. Stir the cocktail and mix in half of the orange and lemon zest. Sprinkle the cocktail with pomegranate seeds and use the remaining orange and lemon zest to garnish.
