Tatty Bo Jangles Exotic Punch

Mixologist Ben Reed's cheeky punch will add a delicious splash of colour to any party. Prepare a big bowl and leave it to infuse while you jump into your party frock.

Ingredients: 

1 Litre Rubicon Watermelon
330mls Rubicon Sparkling Mango
250mls VSOP Cognac
700mls Pinot Noir Red Wine
The juice of one lemon
5 cinnamon sticks
10 cloves

Instructions: 

Add all the ingredients to a large punch bowl or similar vessel. Add some ice until the punch bowl is three-quarters full. Stir until cold then allow to stand for an hour or two to allow the cinnamon and cloves to infuse before serving.
