Winter still had its grip on London when we stepped into The Cinnamon Club. How lovely then, to be greeted with a warm welcome in the shape of smiling staff and two elegant cinnamon bellinis.
A refreshing cocktail after all the indulgence of the Christmas season. Berries, Grenadine and sparkling Appletiser.
3 raspberries
1 blackberry
15ml grenadine
1 lemon
1 bottle of Appletiser
Squash 3 raspberries and 1 blackberry and add 15ml of grenadine, half a fresh lemon and shake hard. Pour into a large glass, fill with ice to the brim and top up the glass with Appletiser.
