Why get a Chinese takeaway when you do it yourself in minutes?
350g/12oz lean beef steak
2 tsp Blue Dragon light soy sauce
2 tsp Blue Dragon Shaoxing wine or dry sherry
1 tsp cornflour
1 green pepper
1 ½ tbsp groundnut oil
70ml / 2 ½ floz chicken stock
1 ½ tbsp Blue Dragon oyster sauce
1 ½ tbsp spring onions, finely chopped (to garnish)
Top tip: Try replacing the green peppers with mange tout or another stir fry veg that you love.
Quirky fact: The cornflour marinade on the beef helps to create a soft mouth feel, a characteristic the Chinese love!
