Winter still had its grip on London when we stepped into The Cinnamon Club. How lovely then, to be greeted with a warm welcome in the shape of smiling staff and two elegant cinnamon bellinis.
A fresh cocktail with a refreshing lemongrass twist on the classic martini.
¼ fresh lemongrass chopped
2 thumbnail-sized slices of root ginger
20ml Gin
10ml sugar syrup
40ml Camitz sparkling vodka
1 x Martini glass
Muddle the lemongrass and ginger in base of a cocktail shaker. Add the other ingredients (except the vodka), shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass. Top up carefully with Camitz sparkling vodka.
