Green gin cocktail

A zingy, fresh and low-cal cocktail to keep your good January intentions going strong.

Cooking Time: 
No cooking involved!
Serves: 
2 people
Preparation Time: 
5 minutes
Ingredients: 

½ small lime
2 thick slices cucumber
1 tbsp granulated Canderel
50ml medium measure of gin
Crushed ice

To decorate:
Lime wedges
Extra cucumber slices
Ice cubes

Instructions: 

Cut the lime into chunks and put into a cocktail shaker with the cucumber. Using a wooden spoon, crush together to release the juices. Add the Canderel and gin and 2 tablespoons of crushed ice. Put the lid on the cocktail shaker and give it a good shake. Put ice into a glass, pour in the cocktail and add extra small lime wedges and cucumber.
