If you've been tuning into The Little Paris Kitchen on BBC Two lately, you'll know what Rachel Khoo is all about.
A delicious, healthy wholemeal bread sandwich packed with goodies: fragrant ham sliced off the bone, tomato and Little Gem lettuce with lashings of Maille® Dijonnaise.
2 slices crusty wholemeal or granary bread
2 tbsp Maille® Dijonnaise
Little Gem lettuce leaves
3 slices ham cut from the bone
1 ripe tomato, sliced
Spread the bread with Maille® Dijonnaise. Top one slice with Little Gem lettuce leaves, slices of ham and ripe tomatoes. Finish with the other slice mustard side down.
