Sloe Royal

This sloe version of a Kir Royal is a beautiful new bubbly cocktail.

Ingredients: 
  • 35ml of Hayman’s Sloe Gin
  • Sprig of fresh mint
  • 150 ml of Prosecco
  • A string of red currents or a strawberry, to garnish
Instructions: 

Simply take the Hayman’s Sloe Gin, shake it with the fresh mint and pour it into a champagne flute. Top up this minty mixture with dry Prosecco, and garnish with a string of red currents or a strawberry.
