Bloom, tonic & strawberries
This infusion of fresh strawberries, enhances Bloom gin’s floral botanicals of chamomile, honeysuckle and pomelo. Delicious.
50 ml Bloom gin
Four similarly sized strawberries, quartered
A splash of tonic water
A handful of ice
Pour the Bloom Gin in a Collins glass, followed by the quartered strawberries. Don't muddle the strawberries, but simply top up with ice and pour in the tonic water. Sip and savour.
