Whisk your way to perfect pancakes in four steps with Emma Forbes and Llyes golden syrup.
Step 1 – Prep it. Gather ingredients in a bowl for the all important whisking. Then chill.
Step 2. – Cook it. Heat pan first, don’t get hasty. Butter the pan, give the batter a final whisk and ladle into the pan. Look for the bubbles.
Step - 3. Flip it. Feeling brave flip the pancake dramatically in the air but if your less co-ordinated, like me, use a spatula – the ultimate aim is the eat them after all.
