Spicy Steak Seasoning gives you a clue in the title, but can be ground liberally over anything that you fancy giving a chilli kick – egg mayonnaise perhaps or a bowl full of chilli. Spice-it-up actually has a little more potency over it’s Spicy Steak sibling, and tastes really good over a fried egg and toast, although more conventional pairings might be meat stews, spaghetti bolognaise and BBQ chicken.
Each grinding mill comes with its own lid, so you can turn the mill on its sturdy end and stick the lid on, thus reducing mill-spill and the inevitable sneezing that chilli and pepper tend to invoke.
