You know before you even taste this that it’s going to be good. Once the screw top is off the bottle, the scent of garlic, ginger and sesame oil hits you and sends the immediate thought to your brain that you must get marinating. Use this lush sauce to marinate chicken, salmon, beef, veggies – anything you can get your hands on. It’s tempting to say ‘just use to marinate a stainless steel spoon’ because that would mean no absorption would take place, and you’d just have to lick the whole damn lot off yourself and marinate your tongue. But that would be foolish. Marinating stainless steel is so yesterday.
